Nature of this website
This site presents software and implementation services for business customers. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, an investment recommendation, an invitation to acquire financial instruments, or legal, tax or investment advice.
Operating boundary
ASTIN supplies technology. It does not broker property transactions, hold client funds, operate escrow, register title, or carry out licensed letting. Those activities remain with authorised parties in each market. ASTIN does not guarantee returns, appreciation, resale or liquidity, and is not a fund, an investment adviser or a financial platform.
Demonstration environment
The product demonstration on this site runs on synthetic data. Parties, documents, amounts and transactions in it are fictional and exist solely to exercise the software. Nothing in the demonstration represents actual customers, holdings or performance.
Market status
The United Arab Emirates is described as a target market for a planned first deployment. ASTIN has not been sold or commercialised there.
Third-party names
Third-party organisations named on this site are referred to factually. No endorsement, certification, partnership or affiliation is claimed or implied by any such reference.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising or tracking tags, and embeds no third-party scripts, fonts, images or frames — the site intentionally loads no resources from third-party domains. Our hosting provider will, as any host does, process the ordinary connection data needed to deliver the pages to you, such as your IP address and the request itself. The product demonstration stores your chosen role and scenario in your browser’s local storage so the page reopens where you left it; that value never leaves your browser and you can clear it at any time.
What we collect, and why
Only what you type into the enquiry form: organisation, your name, email address, the type of organisation and market you select, and your message. We use it for one purpose — to read and answer your enquiry, and to continue that correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or where your enquiry concerns a possible engagement, the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). Providing the information is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply. We do not use it for marketing, we do not build profiles and there is no automated decision-making.
Who else sees it
Correspondence sent to the published address is handled by our email provider, Google (Gmail), which stores and delivers it on our behalf and may process it outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards it offers for such transfers. Our hosting provider processes connection data as described above. An external form-processing service is involved only if one is configured for a given deployment; where none is configured, the enquiry form transmits nothing at all — it prepares text in your browser for you to send yourself, and we receive nothing until you do. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share enquiry data.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept while the enquiry is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation that resumes later. Records connected to a contract or required for tax or accounting purposes are kept for the period Polish law requires. After that, correspondence is deleted.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, correction of it, erasure, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable form. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time, and where you have given consent you may withdraw it without affecting processing already carried out. Write to the contact address on this site and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
The demonstration environment
Actions performed in the product demonstration are stored on our server so the scenario persists between visits. That store is shared, public and resettable by any visitor: treat it as a sandbox, not as private space. Do not enter real personal data, client information or anything confidential into it. The scenario can be reset to its seeded state at any time from within the demonstration, and it contains no authentication — the role selector switches between clearly labelled simulated identities.
Intellectual property
The ASTIN name, the software and the content of this site are the property of the publisher unless stated otherwise.
